How do you bill someone for something they have not used? It has already been 4 days into the month and I was told I have been billed for the month of November. My router has been off. Isn't this supposed to be a month-to-month Billing? Why is Rain operating like a contract now? I'm even told that I am supposed to pay for November for my cancellation to be processed if I don't, I will be billed for December too. I opted for Rain because of the month-to-month billing. I know nothing is certain with this economy, I could have opted for a contract if I wanted one. I can't use my router anymore because of Personal Financial Issue. I can't even afford to pay for November. I've been with Rain before and the month-to-month worked wonders you could cancel without a hustle when lost my job then I cancelled without issues. The lady who helped me then made everything easy for me but NOW! Everything seems like a contract. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, they should be clear that this is a contract.
