Billing?
I am so annoyed!!! If you miss your payment with rain they cut you off immediately!! I cancelled in march and did not use the sim card since.... In july the debite R 900 + with another debit of R15... R15?... I queried this and was told im arrears... Arrears for what when i dont have a contract with rain but pay on a month to month basis?... 1st Aug the debited R432.... Again why? Thats not even the premium of my package i took out.... I had to cancel again!! I fail to understand.... What an inconvenience!!

02 Aug 2022, 10:32Please get on it asap, im even scared that you will debit the money in my account because with my last enquiry i never got any feedback on getting my money and one cant even reverse your payments.... Rain is really a disappointment!
