Billing

This place doesn't even deserve a review of a 1 star because they cant even sort out a billing issue.I have called many many times from 1st of May until the 5th the only difference is they turned off my Wifi but they can quickly take the debit order they don't miss a second there but you must sit for 5 minutes to call them just so that they can tell you someone will call you and then no one calls you at all. Its so bad i even remember the staff members names thats how many times i have called and waited And only 1 staff members could see that i was actually in Credit Worst off all the call center asks you do you want to speak to billing then you say yes and then the people at billing tell you please wait someone will call you this is the worst service i have ever had, i do not recommend this wifi to anyone not even to people that cant even afford to call them and tell them they want to cancel because not even the call back reqeust works (what a useless system) and even if you are currently using Rain I AM WARNING YOU NOT TO DO A UPGRADE ON YOUR ROUTER THEY WILL EXTRA CHARGE YOUR DEBIT ORDER. LIKE I SAID THEY LOVE MONEY BUT NOT TO SORT OUT PROBLEMS i have too many refrence numbers to add here so im not even going to bother with that.
