I cancelled my Rain package that was linked to my brother's ID number because I took over the payments since 2020. In May I phoned to make sure that if i cancel that they wont deduct the July Payment and was assured that there will be no payment due. I Proceeded and cancelled the service on the 25th of May because I had already ordered Rain plus one on my ID number and still payment was deducted even after taking a screenshot of the cancellation stating no payment is scheduled to be collected. They collected the router today yet online it still shows the next billing cycle will take place 01.07.2023. I had to go to the bank to get a new card to ensure that they will not take the next month.
