Billing

Rain don't keep to their work as they on several occasions take money on my account that it over than the original agreement and also charge you even if their services are off. They don't keep to their agreements all they good with is taking money even twice a month then when you talk to a consultant they will always say someone will get back to you but keep on taking money.

Their consultants when you complain they just keep quiet and when you ask questions they keep quiet and you sound like a fool over the phone talking to your self.
