Billed twice in one month

Rain billed me twice this month R529 x2 and that’s not fair on anyone. I called them and one person picked up but dropped the call, I contacted their Twitter account and all I can say is that person handling the account is useless. The person asked for my details when I asked for feedback they just chose to not respond. The service from this service provider is truly appalling! This is now a **** because there’s no way one can be billed twice with no explanation and no one is willing to assist thereafter.
