BILLED R1000 EVERY MONTH FOR A CONTRACT I DON’T HAVE!!

I logged about 10 calls its been 3 months now that RAIN is overcharging me. I cancelled a 5G account 3 months ago and I’m still getting 1000 deducted from my account for 3 months! Customer support doesn’t even respond to my emails!! Rain came and collected the router 3 months ago but they are still taking my money! I NEED HELP!!!! PLEASE SOMEONE FROM RAIN CALL ME ATLEAST!!!!
