Billed for two months June and July

I am very unhappy with rain services.. I called in today spoke to a lady by the name of Olwethu in regards with my account that is being billed for two months, the lady herself was not sure about what was happening and informed me that the finance department would call me back but instead the same person called me back an gave me information that does not make sense at all... They finance department didn't even upload my invoice for the month May yet they are billing me for June an July... I am really not impressed with they unprofessional behavior.
