Billed for Services not Used_Rude service Consultant

Case *** To whom it may concern I am not happy with your services anymore, firstly I decided not to pay for the month of May and you kept on coming to my account and according to my knowledge no pay no data, however you decided to open the data without my knowledge and you billed me for the month of May for the services that I did not agree/pay for and on top of that again you billed me for July while still owing payment for May which was not supposed to happen from the first place, all I want is to deactivate your sim card and waive all the incorrect billing I did not agree or sign up for any payment in Arrears never no pay no data it ends there I will not pay for the Data that I did not use or agree to.
