Billed for a sim card I have never used.

I have a problem with billing, it would seem that I am being charged for a sim card that does not work and I tried to resolve this yesterday online with live chat but the chap I was talking to was not helpful I am still waiting for an email he had promised he would send to me.

I wish I could attach the transcript to this complaint.
