Billed for a cancelled service

Very poor from Rain ,I cancelled my service with Rain in the 7th of July 2022,and got confirmation that it has been cancelled, of which my account had an outstanding amount of R933.61. Rain debited R1432.61 from my bank account and billed me for a service i was not using for August and September
