Billed for 5G and it doesn't and have never worked

It is very disappointing to be dealing with this service provider since they are not reachable on their support line. i ordered Rain 5G in may and it got delivered but the issue it never worked i even logged a call on their website and an support agent got back to me but the issue was never resolved as this 5G does not have internet and does not work. It really disappointing when i checked my May statement to find out that i have been billed this huge amount for something that never worked i even had to put it back in the box, i even told them that i can courier it back to them. All i need is for them to remove the 5G amount that i got billed for on my statement.
