Billed but no internet connection

Last month February, we didn't get any Internet services and we didn't pay for March We now wanted to pay for April, but hey want to charge double for March and April, even when we didn't have any Internet the whole month of March, why do you want us to pay for services we didn't receive. When we call the call centre they hang up the phone on us. Your services are disgusting and unprofessional. Yet you never fail to collect payments. You should also say your services from your people is unreliable when advertising to get customers, so we sign up knowing what we Are getting ourselves into.
