Bill paid but no service
It's been 8 days since my data has been switched off by rain yet I paid them using Capitec pay n they still closed them saying I have an outstanding amount of 320 how because before activating the sim you have to pay upfront Please reverse my money so that I buy data n cancel the sim I can't suffer wen I paid you guys for the service

19 Sept 2023, 08:07I've been waiting for your call since sat at 5 regarding confirming with my daughter abt proof of payment since she is the one who pays for me so that yu can open my data it's almost the 20th meaning I paid the whole 320 for nothing please check n open my data o I cancel I've lost so much already by buying data because my data are closed buh I paid my bill
