Bill disputed

I called rain regarding on Friday regarding a debit issue on Friday and was told I would get a follow up call on Saturday if not latest on Sunday. Didn’t get a call so I decided to call them on Monday to find why I was not called only to be told the department that’s supposed to assist me does not operate “Saturday and Sunday “ and they are working on my case an will get a call soon it Wednesday day still no call .
