BIGGEST ******* AND ********** OUT THERE!

DO NOT USE RAIN!!!! Useless, there is no other word for you guys. I purchased LTE with them (10mbps) I have only had it for 2 months and of those 2 months, I have only had one day where my speed was over 5mbps. It stays at under 3mbps and the past few days it has been below 1mbps.

Countless calls later and still hasn't been solved. They were meant to call me last night at 6pm and I am still waiting for their call at 9:30am today.
