BIGGEST REGRET!
I took up rain about a year ago and it was a month to month contract meaning i pay it monthly and when i decide not to pay it that it will just be off until I make payment for the next month, apparently since I stopped using them i owe them money because I have received an email that i owe R1050 for what? I dont have a binding contract with them so why in the hell are they threatening me with lawyer. Clearly taking up rain as my wifi provider was a huge mistake😡😡. Amanda

03 Dec 2023, 17:50What am I settling if you guys or a month to month contract explain that to me dont tell me what you've checked why is there an outstanding balance because as advised by you people when i took up your service was that i pay what I use if i dont use it i dont pay it so I haven't used your rain i dont now how long coz guess what the minute i stopped making payment as the minute your service stopped and there was no connection what so ever so I ask again want outsdaing balance????????????.
