Biggest mistake

Pathetic service and pathetic internet response. Should be a rating option of no stars at all. I have the 24/7 uncapped option for a while now. I have not been able to get over 2mb speed. This is not the 80's where this was accepted as amazing speed so why does one have to pay for such a **** service being rendered......or rather lack there of. I've sent numerous emails with screen shots of my speed with the slowest being 0.1MB and the fastest being 1.4MB. Waste I' money on the sim, router and monthly payments. Pathetic!
