It’s been months now since I was misled and deceived into upgrading to the latest router , promised that coverage is excellent when I only wanted my password resetted. I’m being debited monthly now for services that are not rendered and every month I’m being promised that it’s sorted and I’ll be refunded, I call , watsapp and contact Rain on daily basis and now they don’t even bother responding to my texts, it’s hurts because I’ve been their loyal customer for years now and this is how they repay my loyalty. I’m a single mother who struggles to make ends meet while trying to give my kids the best childhood but big companies getting millions of rands on daily basis like rain still exploit me and ***** the little money I earn . You’re evil and ruthless and I hope this exposes you for who you are ….
