BIGGEST ******* ******* & *****S- RAIN ISP!!!!
RAIN is the biggest ******* bunch of no-good-for-nothing-useless *****. Ref.nr ***. Yesterday Wednesday, 15 March 2023 my 5G internet connection was disabled. Then a payment of R599.00 was deducted from the account. After 2 calls and a screaming match with the useless call center minions I was informed a mistake was made as payments are only supposed to go on the 1st of every month. Called this morning following up on the refund. Then get told a refund takes 10 working days I must just wait. Then RAIN send me an email stating I gave permission for the payment to be ducted which is an utter lie. The arrogance trying to cover their BS! I am truly so angry, peed off, and gatvol of RAIN and the **** useless service. Every month I battle with slow 5G uploading and downloading speed for a 50 Mbps line. I have sent an email I want the refund reflected in my account by Friday morning 17 March 2023 or I will lay charges of ***** and theft with the police. lay a complaint with the consumer ombudsman and start the legal process through the small claims court to get my money back! RAIN ISP will NOT get away with *****ing my money like this!!!!!
