Biggest ****

From not having internet for days on end, only having AI and an Idian based company for consultants. They are the worst internet service provider. I increased my speeds from 30Mbps to 60Mbps but have never received what I pay for. I asked to go back to 30Mbps and a refund their AI created a ticket yet to to date nothing has been done about my request. It has had a "connected without internet " error for days now and their AI is not able to assist me.
