Big UPS to Rain 5G

I have known Rain 5G for all the bad reviews and I took a leap of faith and tried it, I have been struggling with connecting it with my smart tv yet it was connecting perfectly with our phones I request for a call support and they delivered the called me while at work i asked them to call me at 1H00 which they did, the consultant was patient with me tried everything he could just forgot his name but you did an outstanding Job going an extra mile it thank you so much you changed how I felt about rain and yes my TV is now connected the problem was not Rain but the date on my TV was incorrect hence it could not connect big UPS to Rain service
