Big ******** ( Very Disappointed)

Rain is a ****, they just cut off my connection yet i paid R499.00 on the 29th of August, i am very disappointed, i was in the meeting then it shows connection error, its only 18days now they say i must pay R499.00 again, worst some days if i doesn't connect i have to use my own data to do my stuff they won't even refund that data, i am extremely disappointed and won't recommend anyone to use rain, i will definitely go to other social platforms and let people know that you are ******** people
