Beyond Useless!

Wish I had on option for a 0 star rating. This SP is beyond useless. I was incorrectly billed(Billed a month after my cancellation) and there is nothing I can do about it, because "that's the way all companies do it." The invoice and statement shows R0.00 due, but somehow they decided to force money out of my account.
