Beyond poor service
Rain is quick to debit your bank account but don’t give a **** about their customers you will spend more than R200 on airtime trying to call them only to hold for more than 20mins, eventually when they answer they can’t even assist you! I’m sitting here with a device which is currently offline from last week they make promises they don’t keep they never call back I just want to cancel their services and get my REFUND to hell with them!!!

06 Oct 2023, 11:08I received the swapped SIM card you then sent me an email to say the sim card is active but on my router it is not working, I called your customer service line and the agent tells me my router is offline why??? At the point I want to cancel and get refunded my money ASAP useless service provider!!!
