Beyond livid

I logged 5 calls with Rain to cancel my 5G plan, all I received is emails saying my ticket has been logged and still no customer care agent has contacted me to process the ticket, nor have I received any feedback. I am still not receiving any internet service since I bought the plan 2 weeks back, I am beyond irate as this is my foolish 2nd time trying the 5G plan and I have NEVER successfully connected
