Beyond *** service

i am super disappointed with rain service that i am getting, i am living about 200m away from a signal tower yet i am am getting super **** internet speeds such as 0.2mb/s I am paying R480 EACH MONTH for this ****, if this is the service i am going to receive from rain then i will rather cancel my account and my package and move to a more reliable ISP as this is a load of bull****. see attached my internet speed FROM RAIN SPEED TEST. Its a pity that the ratings only start at 1 because my rain experience here is -20.
