Beyond horrible service

Between Rain and Ram, I do not know what to make of this whole situation. After placing an order on 30.01.2021. While checking my track my parcel. Ram says they were here at 10am, and I sent them back with the parcel.

How do I send people back that I have never seen? with a parcel that is already long overdue. Unbelievable and so unprofessional. I regret signing up with Rain.

I have had more headache than anything and I haven't even started using your products. I foresee only misery
