Beyond frustrated Internet user

Not sure what to do anymore, especially because when you contact their customer service you will never get a response. Rain has gone from bad to worse. No network especially after 16h00, they sent me a message to say I can upgrade to 5G tried to do that with no luck instead my network has become worse and the sad part is that nobody from the Company actually cares. I think it's time I cancel it for real cause I can't go on like this. Working from home during the day then having school after hours is not easy when using this network.The only thing they get right is to debit your account every month, that one they won't make a mistake.
