beyond BAD service

This is the worst service provider in the history of internet service providers. I am struggling since beginning of May with internet, up until now I still don't have internet connection. They always say they will get a technician to call me.... it's been weeks, still waiting 😡

So I phoned and told them I want to upgrade, damn were they quick to assist me. I told the agent that for May you couldn't give me what I paid for how can I be sure that you will be able to going forward. she said they'll get back to me.... still waiting.
