Beware:RAIN is a **** - Stay away from RAIN

I signed up with Rain and had my sim card delivered on 29 September. It work perfectly from 30 September until 8 October when suddenly there was no service. I called their call centre and was told a technician would call. After several follow up calls a technician finally called but could not establish the error. He advised he would escalate the matter to a senior technician and its 3 days now I am waiting. Rain is definitely a **** as I was billed for unlimited data but only managed to use it for 7 days before it gave issues. I have given up and I demand an immediate refund as I was debited in a flash. You are misleading the public so as to **** as many unsuspecting people as possible.
