BEWARE : RAIN NETWORKS - No Service after payment due to RICA process failure

I never got as far as connecting to the service. The Rain On-line registration process is PATHETIC and may well reflect the Service Provider capability in general.

There IS NO LIVE HELP DESK / CONTACT CENTER DETAIL on the web site.

By all accounts the ONLINE RICA process ONLY works on certain Android o/s phones NOT ALL. So if you don't have a Samsung DONT TRY. My LG phone DID NOT WORK with their system.

So they take your money and don't provide a service. They DO NOIT provide a SERVICE center number. They DO NOT provide any indication of COMPATIBLE devices for use with their processes.

The RICA process failure and payment was made on 31 October 2021. The Order was CANCELLED via their live CONTACT CENTER. I will keep you posted how long it takes to get a REFUND.

In short - a PATHETIC service and well worth avoiding.
