Beware, RAIN is a ****
I've been subscribed to RAIN since 2020. There are no means to directly contact them and they continue to debit my bank account despite my request for cancellation from October 2024. Potential customers are not informed of the throttling of the service from month 3 onwards (contrary to the advertised terms).
The Rainsupport email address is "unattended" and you will struggle to get hold of anyone for assistance
