Beware of upgrading

Rain was working perfectly till I decided to switch from their 19hr plan to their unlimited 24h plan. My speed instantly dropped. I went from being able to each YouTube or Netflix on my TV and still use the internet in my phone to struggling to watch almost anything without massive lag and buffering on any device. Obviously the 19hr plan is just there to lure us into buying the full 24hr package and then we are treated like garbage. I called to complain and was told that one of there service people would call me back... That was about a week ago and I'm still waiting. Not impressed at all
