Beware of Rain Mobile Conjuring Up Your Bill After You Stop Using Their Service
So yesterday i got a call from some Attorneys saying they are calling with regards to a debt I have with Rain Network. Apparently I owe Rain a sum R1100 for "a pay as you use" service. I still dont understand how because i was using their month to month service which was R250 at the time. Its also Apparent that Rain is a registered credit provider people, and i signed an imaginary contract to receive credit from them. Mind you ive never recieved a call from Rain to say I owe them money and all of a sudden im getting calls from debt collectors. People please beware of this nonsense service provider. I stopped using Rain in 2020 or so because their Poor non existant network and now this ! Can anyone advise me on how i can go about dealing with these Corporate ****s who have sent me to debt collectors coz they know we cant afford legal advise so they take advantage

21 Apr 2023, 11:52please help me understand how i am owing 2 months for a month to month service. According to my understanding, if i dont pay, then i dont use. But seemingly in this case i have not paid twice, and have used for both those months i havent paid for.

21 Apr 2023, 12:09ok so it is post paid, meaning that i will use then pay, and if i dont pay my services are then my service is blocked. but in this special case i used and did not pay and the services continued and i further used again for the second month ? How so ?

Please cancel my it now because i tried cancelling sim/profile online but i cant find an option to do so. Please Please Please cancel the sim Please. I will be using this message as proof that i did ask for the sim to cancelled, I have the money, I lost the sim card a long time ago, next thing you guys are going to be saying i owe money for using the data for i sim card that was lost a long time ago. Please Please Please Cancel my sim or account please I am begging you. Thank You

Now that i want cancel the sim you are not responding, the next thing you know you will say that i owe you for the days i didnt even use the sim card. Please respond, Or maybe you only respond better when someone posts a public complaint, please respond i want to cancel the simcard
