Beware of Rain internet provider.

On the 6 /5/ 2021 i inquired about Rain 5 g with Router for R 699. The sales lady told me that there is no 5 g coverage at my residential adres , but Rain has 4 g coverage at my residence. I agreed to this thinking she offers me 4g with a router. Not once dit she say the 4g is without a router. On the 7/5/21 a Rain sim card was delivered to me. The driver wasn't sure when i would get the Router. Today 10/5/21 i emailed Rain to enquire about the router. Now Rain claims that i must go buy a router. I am very disappointed in Rain. They are quick to take my money. Is this how Rain treats there New Customers??
