Beware before signing with Rain!

I am located in Menlyn, in the centre of the 5G network, but cannot even stream a youtube video on low res these days. Rain use to be consistently OK’ish, but looks like that too is something of the past.

Do not try log an issue on their MyRain platform, they do not cater for complaints.

Also, phoning their call centre is worse than Telkom, and this is a corporate company.
