Better Service Received
I am much more impressed that RAIN has taken my reviews into consideration. I had finally received a call from the customer service agent and they have noted to refund me he full amount for the service i paid for. The agent also assured me that they are working on making the service better. Nolifa was very polite and friendly and processed the refund in less than 5mins.
