Better service

I went into the Rain office in Bryanston yesterday, and the service I received there was up to the standard that I am used to.

Well done Siyabulela (in house) and Hendry, the technician that come to my place to confirm that the tower is faulty. He informed me that he will put in into his daily report to assist getting this problem solved.

Also I got a message today, that says if there is a problem with 5G, it will automatically switch 4G.

I would like to withdraw my cancellation to Rain.

Please advise.
