Best service from a agent

Best service ever for agent . I call waisted over a 1000 rand airtime trying to speak to a manager at rain but finally spoke to Dipesh Patil a agent not even a manager he sorted my problem and Even followed up to make sure everything is sorted . I really never recieved good service like this from any one at rain I wish we had a copy machine to have more agents like him even manager can learn from him best service ever . If I could recommend rain to anyone it will be because of him . He went over and above he duties. I would like to thank him for best service .no telecommunications service in south africa gave me that service well done . Keep up the good work . Please do not stop we need more agent like you If I ever have a problem I do not want to speak to any one but him thank again for you service
