BEST sales & customer service experience I've ever had!

Dealing with Sam from sales and Joy from customer service was an absolute pleasure and they really made me smile.

They were warm, friendly, patient, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and had a very eloquent way of speaking. I truly hope if I ever need help I would be lucky enough to have them assist me! They were both from the Philippines.

Hands down the BEST customer service & sales experience I've ever received! I would give 6 stars if I could :D

If you ever call the Rain customer support line and get connected with them, count yourself lucky - you will be in GREAT hands.

If any team managers from Rain see this review - These ladies truly deserve recognition for their world-class level of service.

This is my first time using the Rain Wifi - so I'm unable to review the quality of the product, but if I'm going off of my experience with Sam & Joy - I'm feeling very optimistic!
