I spoke to Elam Javu, I was totally blown off from my chair, she is polite, well spoken, integrity, competent and she knows her subject and immediately understood my situation why I wanted to cancel my service, not that Rain is negative, they help me out over the past 15 months.

Yes, I did have problems with signal strength and logon etc. but all these issues was quickly resolved. The real reason is purely I cannot afford to continue with my subscription and my financial situation does not allow to continue paying, as I do not have an income anymore.

Elam Javu immediately offered her assistance to help me out for another 3 months on a massive discount until my situation improve, unfortunately I did not take up the offer.

I am not sure why are there so many negative reviews regarding Rain? South African businesses, wake up and learn from Elam Javu, if every human-been in this country can be treated and have respect for each other no matter what your skin colour is, we will all walk out as winners in this country.
