hi Thanks for the proper and fitting response on the issue I was facing, without any question this was done professionally I thoroughly understand most of rain customer service provider are just following procedures but I wish the business would promote such well communication from the one I was talking to( I can't seem to recall her name but if your reading this the company should reward you for your experience and actions at doing a great job) and I hope they'll be people like you in the future. Putting that aside I have claimed my issues were resolved.....Thank You
