Best kept away from
It doesn’t work on Friday afternoons and weekends when people and their kids return home. Now that most kids are no longer going to school it hardly works at all. When parents are on leave Rain is going to disappear from the airwaves until early January. Right now, don’t even bother calling their call centre because they will play you the same music track on repeat. Useless network.

26 Nov 2024, 08:34My phone does not work in the house because Rain 4g does not work there. I contacted the call centre and I was advised to do a hard reset of the modem which I did. The situation remains the same. Is there perhaps an option for a modem that can connect an external antenna. I live 2.3km from the tower.

If communicated to via the channels I mentioned above, I will schedule in my calendar to await and accommodate the network engineers. Thanks for your efforts.
