Best customer service of all times

It all started very disappointing that i even was considering to cancel the deal but then customer service champion Wayne Kona took over my complain and made sure I was kept on the loop and gave continues feedbacks, escalated my matter to the relevant departments, even sent out a technician to do the connection for me until my router was up and running and even ensured that I will be billed accordingly. PS I'm one happy customer keep it up guys.
