Spoke to this lovely wonderful lady called Boitumelo Pago she was professional friendly spot on regarding every process and usually when i call RAIN YOU hold over 15 minutes which means RAIN has too many abandon calls - can we kindly ask the CEO to pull stats so that they can understand the importance of each and every call coming through if there's a lot of abandoned calls it will eventually create brand disaster and reputation of being the weakest link regarding service levels - anyway lets go back to Boitumelo she's an asset to Rain, a lovely person to deal with and very efficient and trustworthy I called in to change debit date she immediately called as i was holding over 15 minutes luckily the time she answered actually wanted to drop the line, Boitumelo is a star to be reckoned with and I'm glad i dealt with Boitumelo most people don't care attitude at Rain I'm glad boitumelo answered and was very professional throughout the call, THANK YOU Boitumelo highly appreciate you services and i hope the CEO RECOGNIZE SUCH BRILLIANCY AND AWESOME SERVICE - VUSI S MAHLANGU - ***
