Bensley saves the day (and contract)

Recently I battled with Rain because of poor connection and nit getting what I pay for. I was given several lame excuses such as that my tower was down and I was connected to the fallback tower. Enough said.

On Monday, 24 July, one of the technicians finally contacted me. When I said I’ll only be available over the weekend as I work during the week, Bensley offered to meet me after work.

Bensley arrived on time, was friendly and professional and got the job done. On Sunday I measured a connection speed of 10mbps. After Bensley was done, I measured 316mbps.
