Being ********** by Rain internet provider

Horrible service provided I logged a complaint with Rain on the 14th of March 2023,ref *** and just got an email advising they will get back to me still nothing, I have been paying my account on the 28th of the month and the date on the app is 15th which does not allow me to change it makes no sense this is my second month I get disconnected on the 15th while I paid on the 28th meaning Rain is ripping me off as I have access for 2 weeks or so. I want this rectified as soon as possible and my service connected until the 25th or just cancel this nonsense and refund me for the remaining days. I have also tried calling the customer and they are of no help. Honestly im not pleased with their service.
