Being Cheated
I cancelled my services in April. The devices were also collected. This is absolutely ridiculous, and calling the support or emailing is absolutely and extremely useless cos you end up wasting your airtime with no help. Never mind the fact that the connectivity is such a problem, I am now being charged 3296 for services I didn't even have.
