Being charged after canceling

If there was an option to give them a negative star I would. We canceled our subscription before the end of January. We were told they would come to collect the router at the end of that month. So we waited until it was onlg collected yesterday. Today we were charged yet we canceled our subscription and haven't been using their internet. How the hell is this business run?
